Tank or tankless — which is better?+
Tankless wins on endless supply and efficiency for most households, but needs adequate gas line or electrical capacity. We measure first and recommend honestly — about a third of homes are better off with a high-efficiency tank.
How long does installation take?+
Like-for-like tank swaps: 3–4 hours. Tank-to-tankless conversions: one full day including venting and gas upgrades. You'll have hot water that evening.
